The Lily Pad, a 30A beach getaway

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Sandestin Luau 2nd Flr Studio - close to the beach

Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Youll love it because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated, updated, recently painted and well maintained with great views. We provide TRAM Access, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. We have a King size bed and a twin size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator.
