Villa immersa nel verde, con un grande giardino attrezzato. Ideale per famiglie in cerca di un ambiente rustico che abbia tutti i comfort. Spesso meta di gruppi di giovani in cerca di relax. L'appartamento a piano terra è abitato da me e i miei figli durante le vacanze. La casa e il giardino godono di totale privacy, la zona piscina è in condivisione con noi. Charming chalet with view of Gravedona and Lake Como. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for two or three people. At ground floor we have kitchen and living room with sofa bed, fireplace, and an outdoor area with barbecue and table for eating and chill. Upstairs, there are: bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. There is a public parking under the house and a private 50mt. far from the house. The chalet is located in Segna.
