A great location in an authentic Istrian village with a quick drive to the beaches, and the town of Vrsar. Only twenty minutes to Porec, thirty minutes to Rovinj and to Pula airport. Newly renovated and beautiful apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the sea (only a shot 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive). Apartment is on the 2nd floor with a terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the islad of Brijuni. The apartment has a beautiful backyard and there is a fireplace perfect for grilling and chilling. On the property guests can taste homemade olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables grown by the owner. Free parking space is provided.

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.
