We are across from a park with tennis and basketball courts and a short drive from beautiful Lake Quannapowitt. Our space is ideal for business travelers, families checking out local colleges, visiting in-laws, or people considering moving to Reading who want to try it out first.

You will enter your suite via a keyless door up a private “good morning” staircase. Includes use of a screened porch, side porch with rockers and grilling area.

Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

Come enjoy this renovated studio guest suite in the quiet neighborhood of West Peabody!
