Le charme de cette maison du XVIIIIe siècle réside aussi dans son emplacement à proximité d’une rivière avec plage aménagée, zone de loisirs et guinguette, à laquelle on accède directement depuis le jardin (clôturé) sans emprunter la route. Tous les commerces du quotidien  sont accessibles à pied.

Charmant et paisible appartement (de plein pied) dans une agréable résidence de vacances à Montignac, au cœur du Périgord Noir. Les piscines (une pour les grands, une pour les tous petits) sont chauffées de début mai à fin septembre. Le logement est située à 5mn de la grotte Lascaux et de la rivière « La Vézère », proche de Sarlat et des principaux sites en Dordogne (grottes, châteaux...). Cet appartement entièrement rénové offre un séjour reposant et dépaysant pour toute la famille.
