Präbichl ist in Semriach b.Graz (nicht Eisenerz). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig ohne künstliches Licht in der Nähe. Außenbeleuchtung vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus Keine anderen Gäste Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Föhn sind vorhanden. In der Küche sind Kochgeschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Filterkaffeekanne, Teekanne, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Bücherschrank mit vielen Spielen, auch für Kinder. TV, Radio Kinder bis 12 Jahre haben 20% Rabatt.

Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.
