Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). I tried to provide you the right picture about our apartment by these pictures :) Just be free to ask whatever you need to know, no strings attached. Welcome!

В нашем мини-комплексе, который представляет собой частную усадьбу, большая закрытая зеленая территория, бассейн с детским отделением, благоустроенная зона барбекю, детская площадка, спортплощадка, тренажерный зал, детская игровая комната. Пологие пляжи, которых несколько в шаговой доступности, и инфраструктура (ресторан, кафе, магазин, автобусная остановка) на расстоянии 150-200м. Сказочные виды из окон, с балконов и территории на море и горы одновременно. Идеально для семейного отдыха.

new apartman in stone,minute from sea, My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available. It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. I'm available at any time and ready to help you with whatever question you might have.

By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

The apartment is distanced just 6 meters from sea. It is duplex apartment with two reserved parking spaces. Located in a suburb of Tivat at a distance of 12 km from city center. Apartment includes two sunbeds and berth for the vessel and barbecque. In 250 meters you have the nearest grocery shop and a in 2 km Aroma and Voli supermarkets. You have many beautiful beaches around.

FantaSea-Small apartment with terrace and beach

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
