We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. Not suitable for kids/infants as extra guests above capacity. No pets. ok to BNB changes

Private 1-bedroom suite perfect for a couple or lone ranger (~400sqft). Private patio with outdoor dining set and a gas firepit. Quiet (dead-end) neighbourhood with amazing views. Only a short walk from a beautiful park, trails and lake. Located: -5min drive from Westshore Town Centre / Belmont Market (all amenities), Royal Roads University, Esquimalt Lagoon / Royal Bay / Langford -15km to Downtown Victoria (serviced by cab / uber / bus and near the galloping goose trail) -25min drive to Sooke

We affectionately call this place “The Tardis” because its transformation from an RV, gutted into a modern cozy hi tech space with a cozy county feel, an outdoor kitchen / living / dining / hot tub areas. It’s got super high speed Internet, 2 TVs, a fireplace. Inside a live edge old growth cedar counter with Italian tile, modern connected features, fireplace, heat pump, flooring and great feel. Private inside a 5 acre estate with grounds and a private forest. Everyone loves this space.

Booked Guest’s above 4: *Option for 3 added guest’s to share Airbnb within Super host main house within same booking at reduced rate. Booked guests have full oceanfront backyard property usage & access to ocean/forest/mountain view, fire pit. Walk down AirBnB property path to secluded alcove beachfront, surrounded on 2 sides by forest with towering trees & nature’s beauty. Guest’s own private 57 ft long covered ocean view deck, sipping on morning coffee, breathing fresh country air.

With a serene ambiance and panoramic views of the ocean and mountains.

Marina boathouse

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
