Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tree lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to participate in one of these optional self led activities: the historic Niagara Boat Cruise (in season April to late November) OR The Journey Behind the Falls when the boat is not available Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. You can also texturize or letter stamp it to make it truly one of a kind. You'll leave wearing your new ring with a sense of great accomplishment and the perfect souvenir. Other things to note: This experience runs between 2.5-3.5 hours long depending on your design choices and work ethic. Average class time is 3 hours. Safety is important in the studio! The shipwreck experience begins at Thunder Beach. We will meet and board our jet boat from the beach and set off to the shipwreck. An hour later we will arrive at the wreck of the Mapledawn A three hundred and fifty foot shipwreck located off the shores of Christian Island . Participants then will have the opportunity to snorkel this historic freighter that sunk November 30, 1924 during a gale force snowstorm. The engine and huge double boilers can be seen from the surface as well as the entire ship an awesome view. After you put on your mask and snorkel and enter the water the wreck becomes crystal clear allowing you to see, in detail, the decks. bridge. stern, winches, rudder. anchors anchor eyes, I beams boilers, steam tanks and the enormous hull that has been on the bottom of the lake for a century. The wreck is submerged in 15 feet of water. After the snorkeling we will provide a delicious boat lunch. Following lunch we will explore the coast of Christian Island and return to Thunder Beach. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in a day/evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delicious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. I want to be your friend-photographer for the day! :) This will be a private event! We will be walking around the neighborhood and avoid all indoor locations. Please dress for the weather. We will meet up and discover Yorkville together. If you are interested, I will also tell you about Yorkville's history of fame and fortune (ask me for photos from the 1900s!). We will take some lifestyle portraits in a park - this park gets new decorations every season and is a cultural hub. We will then continue walking towards the oldest street in the neighborhood. This area has a few of the oldest historical buildings in Toronto and a slight European feel. We will stop to admire the stark contrast between new condos and old buildings including some public street art, the chic coffee truck and the street with the most loved Italian restaurants. We will also stop at any spots that you consider photo-worthy. We will end the tour back on Bloor street - one of the most luxurious shopping streets in North America. You can shop here or head for the TTC station. We start with a tour of the backyard and an introduction to greens you may have never met before. Say "hello" to kale, chard, sorrel, nettle and the more familiar lettuce and parsley. In addition to greens I'll demonstrate how I care for other vegetables, including peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, beans and squash as well as rhubarb and strawberries. Next you roll up your sleeves and get your hands in the dirt. You have a chance to prepare the ground and plop seeds into the soil. I'll teach you about my watering technique and tell you some of my weeding tips. My goal is to inspire U to Grow It! for you and your family at home. Other things to note This is a hands-on, tactile & active experience. You will get dirt under your fingernails, and you will see, touch & smell the magic of mother nature. For most shoe sizes I can provide rubber boots.

We will meet at a dance studio in Yonge - Eglinton neighborhood in Toronto. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Other things to note: Please wear comfy clothes such as jeans, slacks, yoga wear, or a dress. Comfy, casual shoes that can slide or socks are fine to wear on your feet. Socks usually work best.

We will meet and greet all of the horses and learn a little about each of them. Throughout the visit guests will work with horses in a group setting. Participants will learn what "Natural Horsemanship" means as they observe the herd dynamics and learn how horses think and talk to each other through non-verbal communication. Participants will engage in various activities such as brushing, leading, and other activities working with the horses at liberty. This gives participants a chance to learn how to communicate and work with the horses in the "language of horses". Participants will take away a new knowledge of the intelligence and ability of these great animals to read our thoughts and feelings and mirror them back to us. This time with the horses is as unique as each guest. No one will go away untouched by their beauty. There is no riding. All activities are on the ground. Liability releases must be signed before participating. The length of this experience may vary according to the group size.
