Get cozy in our hand built tiny house! We spent 2 years building this tiny house by ourselves with local Tennessee wood and put a ton of love into it and hope you feel that! We cannot wait to share this space with you! :) We are only 10 minutes to downtown Maryville, 25 min to downtown Knoxville, 25 minutes to Townsend, 35 min to Pigeon Forge and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg! Closest airport is only 12-15 minutes away (it’s the Knoxville/McGhee Tyson airport)

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow one pet but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
