Named after former Public Works Director Joe Perry, the park is part of the well-known Upper Pond Creek and is a fine location for those wanting to have a picnic in a tranquil setting. Roadside waterfall (.6 miles from the cabin) with picnic tables. Trail head to the overlook. Across the road is the trailhead for the upper pond creek trail.
